Penguin Random House is the largest general-interest paperback publisher in the world and the international home to more than 300 editorially and creatively independent publishing imprints. The Publisher is running a 6-month Traineeship to minoritised young people ( Over 18 ) throughout the UK.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work supporting well-known imprint brands – such as Ladybird, Penguin General ( home to authors such as Richard Osman, Michelle and Barak Obama ) and #Merky Books. You’ll use a keen eye to spot emerging trends, scout out potential authors and work towards the publishers mission of providing books for everyone.

There are nine traineeships up for grabs all of which are paid the London living wage. Travel expenses are also covered.
