Well, yes, you are right, but the brand has teamed up with Creative Access to launch (for the third year in a row) a  Development Bursary fund. This fund (up to £1000 for each individual)  is aimed at under-represented communities (looking at you, women, ethnic minorities, LGBQTIA+ and low socioeconomic individuals) who want to make their mark on the creative economy.
